Title: Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

  Dressing:
1/4cOlive oil
1/2cRed wine vinegar
1tbChopped red onion
1/2tbSugar
1tsDry mustard
1/2tsDijon mustard
1tsDried basil
1/2tsDried oregano
2 Cloves crushed garlic
  Salad:
1 9 ounce pack cheese
  Tortellini -- cooked
  Drained and cooled
1/4cChopped celery
1/4cChopped red pepper
8 3/4ozGarbanzo beans --
  Rinsed/drained
1 2 1/4 ounce
  Rinseddrained
1 6 1/2 ounce
  Sliced black olives --
  Artichoke hearts -- drained
  / chopped
2tbChopped fresh basil
1 8 ounce pkg
  Salmon
  Garnish:
  Grated parmesan cheese
  Freshly ground pepper
  Totem Smokehouse Smoked

Dressing: Combine all ingredients. Let stand at least 2 hours before using to allow flavors to blend. Salad: Combine all ingredients except salmon and toss with dressing. Add salmon and mix gently.
